Final Sale on Consumables
Due to the nature of consumable products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items, including live resin, premium live resin cartridges, and edibles.
Returns – Unopened Items
Unopened, sealed, and resellable items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Defective Devices & Accessories
If you receive a defective device or accessory, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will assist with troubleshooting and, if confirmed defective, offer a replacement or refund.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, email us at contact@dabbindotzofficial.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos or videos (if applicable). Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item if stock is available. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
Non-Returnable Items
